# Elemento de la Cámara de Distribución

**Descripción ISO 16739-1:2018:** Un IfcDistributionChamberElement define un lugar en el que se pueden inspeccionar los sistemas de distribución y sus elementos constituyentes o a través del cual pueden viajar.

Un IfcDistributionChamberElement es un volumen formado que se utiliza en un sistema de distribución, como un sumidero, una zanja o una boca de acceso. Las instancias de [IfcDistributionSystem](https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/schema/ifcsharedbldgserviceelements/lexical/ifcdistributionsystem.htm) o [IfcDistributionFlowElement](https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/schema/ifcsharedbldgserviceelements/lexical/ifcdistributionflowelement.htm) pueden estar relacionadas con IfcDistributionChamberElement , lo que permite determinar su ubicación en la cámara o en ella.
